Ugochukwu Mbonu (Managing Director/CEO)
A graduate of Mechanical/Production Engineering from the Enugu State University of Science and Technology. He has been involved in various telecommunication projects, Like MTN, GLO, Airtel and Mainone cable rollouts. He has also worked as Quality Assurance Manager for both MTN, AIRTEL and MAINONE CABLE projects.
He brings with him a rugged understanding of the Nigerian telecommunications terrain.
Padua Okorie (Executive Director)
The management has in its team Mr Padua T.O. who as an Executive Director steers the ship of the organization technically and administratively. An experienced Quantity Surveyor and one of the founders of the company from inception.
Mr Padua obtained a B. Sc (Hons) Degree in Quantity Surveying from Anambra State University of Technology, Enugu, Nigeria in 1990. He has a certificate in Project Management.
From 1991 when he joined C&C Construction Company Limited, Estate Projects Limited, Berwick Nigeria Limited and Bridgeways Limited has acquired a lot of experience in the area of engineering, consultancy and contracting. He has been involved in planning, costing and monitoring of rehabilitation and improvement of rural and urban infrastructural facilities, housing estate and market scheme, flood and erosion control projects, water distribution and reticulation. He has been involved in the building material (Burnt Bricks) manufacturing. He has been involved in various telecommunication projects, Like MTN, GLO, Airtel and Mainone cable rollouts. He has also worked as Quality Assurance/Operations Manager for both MTN, GLO and MAINONE CABLE projects.
Mr Padua’s cognate experience in the engineering and construction industry is over twenty years. He has been involved in a number of courses and seminars relevant in the construction and telecommunication industries.
Olabode Emmanuel Ajibola (Project Manager)
A graduate of Electrical/Computer Engineering from the Federal University of Technology Minna (FUT Minna). He started his career with Bitmap Technologies Limited where he rose to the position of Project Engineer, Supervising the deployment of Fiber Infrastructure for MTN Nigeria, Globacom Fiber roll out through Siemens. He was involved in the Huawei/MTN Fiber transmission backbone roll out. He also at various times held management positions in Rhab Technologies Nig. Limited. He also served as a Regional Manager Operations for Nokia Siemens Networks, supervising the Zain/Nokia Siemens Transmissions Infrastructure Managed Services Project. He has a tested understanding of telecom deployments and Vendor/Operator based project roll out.
Joseph Nwaguzor (Technical Manager)
B.Sc Computer Science, CCNA, with vast experience from ECOWAS to Zenith bank, has undertaken many projects even in the oil and Gas industry.
Possessing developed skills that have been gained through establishing and developing full IT projects, networks and infrastructures from initial conception to completion.
Experience covers customer liaison, design, testing to successful implementation within budget, scope, timescales and process limitations. He has extensive LAN, WAN, hardware, and software experience. Working cross-functionally within a customer focused, multi-site environment, maintaining the delivery of IT services and technology
Oke S.O. (Quality Assurance Manager)
He graduated from Abubarka Tafawa Balewa University, Bauchi where he studied Electrical/Electronic Engineering (B.Eng). He started his career in the telecom industry as a microwave line of sight engineer with Spectrum (Nig.) Limited. and later rose to the position of Technical Manager. He also worked with the Astera Nigeria Limited as DWDM/Microwave Engineer, Raenna as DWDM Engineer, and Huawei Nig. Limited as a Quality Control (QC) Engineer on optics equipment.
