For each of our project areas, Ichiem limited schedules a simple spreadsheet, on per site or on per meter basis.

1. Technical Site Survey/Acquisition.

2. Telecoms (eg Fiber pulling/blowing and splicing and terminations ).

3. Civil works for OSP with complete survey details.

4. Man Hole Production.

5. Quality assurance and final audits of the materials and quality of work done.
